she isnt sure which version she has so she check both ways, it is already set on disabled...

and is it ok to do the CCCleaner....she is afraid of losing the wrong files.......as she said before, she dont know anything bout pc  or does she need to speak to Jareth since He uses it

hun any file that CCleaner find  are not important and you can remove them and then  there is an option there to scan you  registry go ahead and do it anything it find there is bad or Corrupt s you can remove hem also  and when it ask you to back up you reg you really  don't need to  just fix the issues

alright cool, then your already one step ahead on having that disabled....its not worth having on.

any just as Jareth said yep...go head and run ccleaner, It just hunts down those temp history files and removes those from any browser you pretty much use. I would run the registry thing as well just as he pointed out. Maybe once a week for that. I been using it for a couple years now and its been a huge help!
