Ok it seems paypal is dicking with the account I have setup in order to take payments on the site. I'm trying to get this resolved as quickly as possible. If not I'll be looking into another method in order to take payments.

Paypal seems to have limited my account in accepting payments do to the "adult" nature of the sites. Which is very funny considering AMAZON sells adult toys, movies and what not. How about someone sending a complaint into them about that! Or how about the other several sites that use paypal for their payment methods.

I'll be setting up a new payment option soon for both sites. In order for anyone to be able to send a money order option I am sorry but you must be in the US for me to be able to accept do to how my bank accepts money orders out of the states. The actually want to charge me more then what the payment is worth therefore costing me.

Do to the annoyance of Paypal....the join pages are down until I am able to place in another payment option.

I'm looking around for the right option that won't force us to raise prices. I have a couple in mind but I have to read and set things up to see if it will work or not.

paypal has been an annoyance alot latelly, just last year i had to re do my account due to a bank issue and it took them forever to allow it to go through

David........i emailed paypal and put in a complaint..told them with judhemental service like this i would be pulling me account....i know i will not make a difference ....just being one person....but i felt they needed some feedback!

The one thing that bothers me about this the most is now I have to wait a 180. days before I can get some money from that account, which means the server bill will once again be out of my pocket. grrrrr....

Let's hope that they at least start hitting others too that seem to still get away with using with Adult content.

Brent had the same issue with paypal   over  adult  content  for  PG some  months back I remember

the whole thing  just suxs....i am just waiting for them to email me back...my bet is i will hear nothing...but they will get a few more from me....for the service they provide should not be judgemental....they make their money as well...trying to helop in any way i can....not being in the States i don;t have alot of options

i know one thing though, if you do go to a money order system it will be less of a pain for you but also may cause you a bit more stress cuz the USPS is sometimes infamous for losing those *nod nod* but i also know abuot 4 people that would most likey (one would for sure) join the site and buy a room of their own if money orders are permitted

I'll be complaining to Paypal as well. Their rationale for limiting your site account is BS, but you already know that.

i will be also putting in a complaint...it is bs and they need a good whack up the side of the head with luscious special newspaper.... seeing i am way over this side of the pond  a postal cheque or money order would take a month or so to get there from me.... i could probably send the money to Master and have Him forward it on but thats a lot of  mucking about and i am charged also for sending money over seas by my bank as it is... there is always someone trying to rip P/people off.... keep U/us posted Sir  so i know what i need to do as i know my renewal is up soon.... hugs... sorry You have to deal with so many pita's

Thanks everyone about the complaints. Unfortunately it is shown in their AUP terms that nothing adult. Though I still say that is funny since amazon sells adult, even ebay sells adult items. Or they did allow that option I believe. Paypal sucks it's true. The only good thing I like about it is the option of setting recurring more easily in regards of payments. This way it's less I have to take in. However. I am currently looking at another option, recurring won't be a option for now but! I will be setting up something on the side to send out a invoice reminder to those who purchase. The join page will be setup a little more differently because of this as well. Instead of buttons, it will be just one button with a drop down option for the prices. Again, I'll be setting this in asap. I encourage those who have paypal to drop them. Cancel your account unless it is something you need for other things. Send the message that way!
